THE
“AT’M KIDS FINANCIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM”
In a world where financial institutions
face unprecedented competition, customer loyalty is vital. While achieving
long-term relationships with customers by providing quality services
to parents, it is important for financial service providers to educate,
entertain, and create profitable relationships with children as well.
The “At’m Kids Financial Education Program” is a
comprehensive program for kids banking, and can be used as a strategic
marketing tool to build customer relationships between financial service
providers and participating kids, parents, and other family members.
Participants in the program would become members of the “At’m
Saver’s Club,” and would be provided with a specially
designed savings account and educational materials intended to encourage
parents and/or mentors to help children learn basic financial principles
and ideas, and practice good habits of financial management.
The centerpiece of the program, the “At’m and the Saver’s
Club” conomic book series, would help teach children using stories
and artwork presented in an exciting comic book format, complete with
additional activities and information. The stories would cover principles
of financial management, as well as themes of volunteerism, philanthropy,
the values of honesty and the golden rule, concern for the environment,
and other important topics.
Although in its beginning stages of development, strategic partnerships
with financial service providers and investors, as well as possible purchasers, are being sought to participate in bringing this exciting vision to the marketplace!
